  6.   1/4 c  Canola oil
  7.       1 tb Honey
  8.       1 tb Lime juice
  9.     1/4 ts Paprika
  10.       4    Chicken breast halves
  11.            Washed/patted dry

  13.   Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine
  14.   canola oil, honey, lime juice and paprika. Place
  15.   chicken, skin side up, in a 7x11 inch baking dish.
  16.   Apply mixture to chicken pieces in a single layer.

  18.   Bake in over for 35-40 minutes, basting every 8-10
  19.   minutes or until well browned and juices run clear
  20.   when you cut into the thickest part of chicken. Remove
  21.   from oven. Cover with foil for 15 minutes. This
  22.   softens chicken and keeps it hot until served. Serves
